The rivalry between ATI and NVIDIA continues but this time its Nvidia’s turn to take the edge. The most recent product by Nvidia is the GeForce GTX 295 which is considered to be the fastest 3D card currently available in the market. Its processing power, power efficiency and comparative value make it a much more useful product.

LINUX is one of the world’s leading open-source Operating System. Linus Torvald was studying in University of Helsinki, as UNIX was very expensive at that time so he thought it would be a good idea to develop a free Operating System like UNIX for academics purpose. So LINUX kernel was created by Linus Torvald. Kernel is the heart of the operating system. HP, IBM and other giants in the field of computing have embraced LINUX and they all support its development.

The mini-type “NETBOOK” is likely to increase its market presence this year with new devices such as touch-sensitive screens that will be an additional incentive to its affordable price.
